Viknaland is one of the largest full-cycle PVC profile manufacturers in Ukraine. The company is represented in all regions of the country, and its production facilities include 17 extruders that process over 70 tons of raw materials daily. The total area of storage facilities exceeds 20,000 m². Viknaland operates high-precision European equipment, uses raw materials from leading brands, and provides a full range of services: from profile lamination to arch bending. The company actively invests in infrastructure development, including 14 regional processing centers. Thanks to its scale, technological discipline, and operational consistency, Viknaland maintains a stable position as an industry leader.
The company approached us with a request to automate a key internal process. With such large volumes, inventory management in manufacturing must be fast and accurate, but the process was too time-consuming, required manual work, and constantly caused unnecessary delays.

All this created a burden on the team and slowed down internal processes. A solution was needed that would simplify inventory and make it easier, faster, and more modern.
The project covered the entire cycle: from joint decision-making to the launch of a ready-made tool that enables effective warehouse accounting.
To solve the problem of slow accounting, the team, together with the client’s representatives, gathered all the key requirements. It was determined that the best option would be to create a proprietary mobile data collection terminal (MDT) that would be convenient for everyday use. After that, screen prototypes adapted to the warehouse conditions were developed, and technical work was carried out: they studied how best to connect the application to existing internal systems and how to build integration with the backend. As a result, the company received a simple and functional tool that helped reduce the workload on the team and made inventory much faster.
Now inventory is a routine part of the job that does not interrupt processes or require extra effort from staff.
Instead of complex preparation and lengthy accounting, you get a simple interface, work directly from the warehouse, and synchronization with the company’s system.
