Banking quality standards now also in corporate training systems

“UKRSIBBANK” JSC is one of the largest banks in Ukraine, part of the international financial group BNP Paribas. The bank uses an LMS learning management system for internal employee training. Due to new requirements for security, performance, and user experience, there was a need to completely modernize the platform.

The client's problem

The bank’s corporate training system ran on an outdated technology stack and did not meet modern requirements for security, performance, and UX.

Key challenges:

the platform did not meet current safety standards;
integration with the bank's internal services was limited;
complicated migration of educational materials;
the interface did not correspond to the bank's brand style and did not support multilingualism;
the complexity of report generation and scaling.

The LMS system had become outdated and required a new technical approach.

Our approach:
We completely revamped the LMS platform, integrated it with the bank’s internal systems, and migrated all training materials. We updated the interface in line with the brand book, added support for multiple languages, configured notifications, and optimized performance. The platform has become more flexible, scalable, and ready for further development.
