Skarbnytsia has been providing financial services for over 32 years. The brand has a network of over 400 branches and a staff of more than 2,500 employees. A dedicated training centre has been created for them. In its activities, Skarbnytsia combines traditional reliability with modern technologies.
The company has a large network across the country with hundreds of locations and employees. The scale complicates the processes of managing the structure. Effective communication between team levels is disrupted. In other words, local staff do not always understand the current priorities of management. At the same time, they do not see their results in the system, so they lose motivation.

The client needed a tool that would unite all levels of the team, make goals transparent and understandable, and results measurable.
We managed to unite hundreds of points of sale and thousands of staff under a single digital control system.
Our approach:
First, we conducted a detailed analysis of management challenges. As an effective solution, we proposed creating a hierarchical KPI model. It reflects the actual structure of the company. The basis is a cascading system of indicators. In it, the results of line staff will form comprehensive KPIs for managers and executives.
Each specialist understands their goals and sees their own progress in their personal web account. Here, they can track their performance indicators on a daily basis, receive feedback, and observe how their results affect the overall success. The case was implemented using a flexible T&M methodology, which allowed us to make changes quickly after each iteration.
