Digital bridge for Ukrainian exports
The Nazovni.Online platform is a unique community that, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, has created a practical tool. The service helps Ukrainian companies enter global markets, find partners, and develop their business in the international environment. The project simplifies the partner search process and provides up-to-date data. This allows for quick adaptation to the needs of foreign clients.
The client's problem
The Nazovni team approached us after an unsuccessful experience with a previous contractor. The product had strategic importance but faced serious difficulties:
- constant delays in task completion
- unstable platform performance
- inconsistent development quality
- lack of planned product development
As a result, the platform lost momentum and did not meet current business needs. IWIS’s task was not simply to stabilize the system, but to restore its pace, trust, and potential for scaling.

Each stage of work was aimed at improving a service that actually works for Ukrainian exporters.

Our approach: To support already registered users, our specialists quickly transferred the platform to a new hosting service. Next, we set up monitoring and dynamic server scaling. At the same time, we organized multi-level technical support. In parallel, we began working on product development. We held strategic sessions with the client’s team and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As a result, we created a detailed roadmap and implemented new features.
