About the project
Ukrainian company GoodWine holds leading positions in the market. The brand combines import, distribution, and retail of alcohol and healthy food products. It is the largest wine and food store in Europe. The assortment includes over 5,000 types of wine and alcohol, more than 300 types of craft beer. Additionally, the store offers over 8,000 quality product items. The company actively develops online commerce and digital services that contribute to high service levels and convenience for customers.
Mobile applications were to be the key point of customer interaction, as Good Wine is a brand with a strong audience, high service standards, and active online sales.
However, the company faced the following problems:
Good Wine was looking for a new technology partner who could not just patch errors, but stabilize the entire system and set the development direction.
After completing the project work, the applications stimulate sales and help customers find the products they need faster.
Our approach: We began work on the project with a comprehensive audit of the code and infrastructure. We were able to immediately identify priority tasks for stabilizing the applications. Together with the client’s team, we created a development roadmap. It covered both technical and UX/UI transformations. We designed key user scenarios – navigation, product search, order placement, and delivery. We also integrated a recommendation system and improved the catalog structure. This helped optimize conversions, average order value, and repeat purchases.
GoodWine brand mobile applications have transformed into a reliable sales tool. This was achieved after implementing effective solutions from our team. Such steps ensured stable operation and convenient user experience. Thanks to the updated catalog structure and integration with the recommendation system, the application effectively supports the purchasing process. UX/UI transformation and technical modernization made the applications maximally functional.
