From chaos in Excel files to a single application: 500 artists and 5,000 tracks in one BEST MUSIC brand system

We automated key processes in a web application that effectively works with hundreds of artists and thousands of tracks.

Our approach:

We started with the Discovery stage: we gathered requirements, defined user scenarios, and selected technologies. Before automation, all data was scattered: Excel files and dependence on employees. Iterative development allowed us to quickly adapt the functionality to real business tasks. Thus, we embarked on the path of creating a tool that would work smoothly and efficiently for the large-scale music publishing company BEST MUSIC and optimally support the huge number of artists working with the label.

We successfully developed an internal web application to automate publishing processes. We achieved excellent results thanks to an iterative approach and the chosen project management methodology. By optimizing the processing of large amounts of information, we replaced scattered Excel files with a single platform.
