Ukrainian company goodwine holds leading positions in the market. The brand combines import, distribution, and retail of alcohol and healthy food products. It is the largest wine and food store in Europe. The assortment includes over 5,000 types of wine and alcohol, more than 300 types of craft beer. Additionally, the store offers over 8,000 quality product items. The company actively develops online commerce and digital services that contribute to high service levels and convenience for customers.

Client Challenges and Needs:

Mobile applications were to be the key point of customer interaction, as Good Wine is a brand with a strong audience, high service standards, and active online sales.
